Mr. Dele Oye was present at the Abuad Industrial park commissioning and foundation laying event, which took place on the 21st of June, 2021 at the Alfa Belgore Hall of the school, on behalf of NACCIMA.

This event was filled with dignitaries including former Governor of Ekiti State, Segun Oni; Prof. Tunde Adeniran, former Minister of Education and Pro-Chancellor of the school. It also had traditional rulers from Ekiti, Ondo, and Ogun states in attendance.

The school has commissioned its five megawatts Independent Power Project (IPP), and as well, the foundation laying stone of nine other projects that are geared towards benefiting humanity.

In a statement made available to Journalists, the National President of NACCIMA Hajiya Saratu Iya Aliyu who also laid the foundation for the Wood Processing Factory at the Park, said that when completed, the various factories at the park would spark up a positive revolution that would.eventually improve not only the economy of Ekiti State but that of Nigeria.

Hajiya added that the factories would also provide employment opportunities for the teeming youth and would serve as a practical learning spot for students of the university.
